Responsibilities
Handle all OSHA related matters including liaising with relevant authorities, ensuring company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing training.
Establish good relationships with relevant industry players, legal practitioners and related government agencies.
Review human resource policies, procedures, guidelines and propose changes where required.
Analyze and review employee statistic for improvement in productivity.
Advise and provide support to the Management to ensure appropriate management of all industrial/ employee relations issues.
Identify and implement positive employee relations programs that will lead to a more efficient and motivated work force.
Ensure proper and organized document filing.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years hands-on responsibility and experience
Well versed in all employment laws
Credible, pragmatic and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
