Key Responsibilities

• Support global advertisers through Voice, Chat, and Email channels

• Handle campaign troubleshooting and platform-related concerns

• Assist advertisers with account issues and ad performance inquiries

• Provide guidance on campaign optimization and best practices

• Ensure excellent customer experience while achieving KPI & SLA targets

• Maintain accurate case documentation using CRM tools

• Coordinate with internal support teams for issue resolution

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience in Customer Service / Technical Support / BPO industry

• Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts:

• CPC
• CPM
• Audience Targeting
• Conversion Tracking
• • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar CRM tools
• • Comfortable working in a fast-paced 24/7 rotational shift environment
• • Experience supporting Digital Ads or Social Media platforms is an added advantage
