We're looking for a Senior / Advanced PCB Design Engineer to join its growing engineering team in Penang. This role is ideal for candidates with strong PCB design experience who are passionate about electronics development and semiconductor technologies.

Fresh graduates with strong PCB design fundamentals are also encouraged to apply for Junior PCB Designer opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB layouts for semiconductor test equipment and electronic products
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams to support product development activities
• Translate design requirements into reliable and manufacturable PCB solutions
• Perform PCB validation, troubleshooting, and design optimization
• Ensure PCB designs comply with manufacturing and quality requirements
• Support prototype development, testing, and engineering change implementation
• Work closely with internal engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Maintain PCB design documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of PCB design experience
• Fresh graduates with strong PCB design fundamentals are encouraged to apply for junior-level opportunities
• Strong understanding of PCB layout design principles and electronic circuit fundamentals
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or related industries is an added advantage
