- Navigate employee relations with the judgment, empathy, and steadiness the moment demands
- Use data to tell the people story — and move leaders to act on it
- Make HR simpler, smarter, and more human at every touchpoint

What you bring
- 3-6 years of HR experience in fast-paced, global organizations
- Strong HRBP or generalist foundation — you've seen enough to know what works
- Solid command of Singapore employment practices and regional nuance
- Coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills that hold up at every level
- Experience supporting leaders through growth, change, or transformation — you've navigated the hard seasons and come out sharper
