Founded in 1999, Apex Harmony Lodge (The Lodge) is a 210-bed nursing home dedicated to providing specialized and person-centred care for individuals living with dementia. About the role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Talent Management Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, with a primary responsibility for managing end-to-end payroll. This role requires strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salaries, allowances, overtime, shift payments, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality at all times.
  • Administer statutory submissions and compliance matters including CPF, SDL, IR8A, IR21 and applicable government leave reimbursements.
  • Process payroll-related changes such as new hires, resignations, salary revisions and no-pay leave.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Maintain proper payroll documentation and audit-ready records.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and internal HR policies.


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit statutory submissions and regulatory reporting (e.g. MOM surveys, ILTC manpower updates)
  • Maintain accurate employee data and HR records across systems, trackers and P-files.
  • Support HR audits and grant applications by preparing the required data and documentation.
  • Support the shaping of the Lodge’s culture through consistent HR practices and staff engagement.
  • Maintain and update HR templates, SOPs and checklists.
  • Support HR process improvements, projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in HR Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR compliance requirements, including IRAS and CPF matters.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient, resourceful and hands-on
