Design, orchestrate, and execute a comprehensive regional events and strategic partnerships roadmap. The core objective is to drive client acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and elevate brand equity across the entire wealth spectrum.
This role uniquely spans three distinct customer segments within Hong Leong Bank’s Regional Wealth.
Management Ecosystem
- HLB Private Bank: Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals.
- HLB Priority: Mass Affluent segment.
- Branch Segment: Emerging wealth and retail customers across the wider branch network.
Segment-Tailored Events: Conceptualize and execute a diverse portfolio of events optimized for each tier:
- Private Bank: Bespoke, exclusive experiences (e.g., private art showcases, closed-door economic briefings, luxury lifestyle experiences).
- Priority: Mid-to-large scale market outlooks and lifestyle appreciation events.
- Mass Branch: Scalable, high-volume educational engagements, roadshows, and branch-level financial literacy campaigns.
End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire event lifecycle, including theme conceptualization, speaker sourcing (internal and external experts), venue selection, creative asset production, digital invitations, and post-event performance monitoring.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Segment Heads, Product Specialists, and Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure events align with commercial targets and that customer follow-ups are seamlessly tracked.
Business Impact & ROI Tracking: Lead Generation & Conversion: Design event and partnership journeys specifically structured to capture new-to-bank (NTB) leads and drive assets under management (AUM) growth.
Data-Driven Insights: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for every initiative. Track and report on event attendance, partnership engagement, cost-per-lead, and eventual revenue conversion.
Education/Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
Experience
- Managed luxury, high net worth affluent segment marketing campaigns and events
- Experience in event strategy, planning and conceptualization and marketing.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end event planning, coordination, coordination and logistics.
- Familiar with best practices and trends in high net worth segment experiences and events.
- Experience in managing partnerships and stakeholders.
