Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Key Account Executive, based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and developing business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly. Day-to-day tasks include execution of sales strategies, delivering presentations, ensuring effective communication between internal departments and clients, and tracking performance to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in account management, client relationship building, and customer service
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet performance targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of branding, KOL management, and digital marketing tools and strategies
• Ability to communicate and work effectively within team settings and multitask in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in e-commerce, social media platforms, particularly TikTok, is an advantage
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
