Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage walk-in customers professionally and confidently.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and purchase timelines.
• Educate customers on products, technology features, and ownership benefits.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Schedule and coordinate test drive appointments.
• Support showroom operations and daily retail activities.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve sales objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and market insights.
Requirements
• 2–8 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, business development, or consultative sales environments.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage customers and build relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems is an advantage.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and customer experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage but not mandatory.
