Position: Room Attendant (Service Associate)
Department: Housekeeping

We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Room Attendants. The role is essential in ensuring guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards

• Change bed linen, towels, and replenish room amenities

• Ensure rooms are properly set up and ready for guest arrival

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned corridors, pantries, and service areas

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items promptly

• Follow hygiene, safety, and security procedures at all times

• Respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries when required

• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly

Job Requirements:

• Minimum primary education / SPM preferred

• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• Physically fit and able to perform manual work

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and service-minded

• Good teamwork and time management skills
