Supervise daily construction activities on site.

Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, and site operations.

Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and project progress.

Coordinate material deliveries and site resources.

Resolve site issues and report progress to the Project Manager.

Ensure projects are completed within schedule and quality standards.

Requirements

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of construction site supervision experience.

• Able to read and understand construction drawings.

• Familiar with building construction processes and site management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to be based at the project site in Sipitang, Sabah.
