Overview of the Position:
We are looking for a results-driven Manager to take full ownership of business operations across multiple international markets, including Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, and Hong Kong and any assigned countries. This role is accountable for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistency, and leading strategic execution across all assigned countries in alignment with organizational objectives.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
Regional Operations Leadership
Take full ownership of end-to-end operations across all assigned international markets, ensuring delivery against company KPIs and standards.
Drive operational performance, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
Lead, manage, and develop country Operations teams, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and team performance.
Operational Management (Inventory, Customer Experience & Business Centres)
Oversee and be accountable for inventory planning, control, and distribution to ensure accuracy and optimal stock levels.
Ensure consistent and high-quality customer service standards across all markets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Manage and optimize Business Centre operations in Malaysia and regionally, with full accountability for efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
Track, analyze, and act on performance metrics to drive operational and customer experience improvements.
Overseas Operations & Expansion
Provide direct oversight and governance of overseas operations, ensuring compliance with group standards, SOPs, and best practices.
Lead operational readiness for new market expansion, including setup, process implementation, and team onboarding.
Drive the development and implementation of standardized SOPs, operational frameworks, and training programs.
Oversee system implementations and UAT processes to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
Act as the key point of accountability for regional alignment, communication, and execution.
Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Establish and enforce standardized processes, reporting structures, and performance metrics across all markets.
Own reporting to senior leadership, providing insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business strategies.
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and implement scalable, sustainable solution
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in operations, preferably with multibranch or regional exposure.
Proven experience managing branches, retail outlets, or sales offices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing and able to travel frequently overseas as part of regional operational oversight.
