岗位职责
We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and equipment. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper stock rotation, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving & Inspection
Receive incoming goods, verify quantities against delivery orders (DO) or purchase orders (PO), and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
Reject or report damaged/unmatched items to the Purchasing/Supervisor immediately.
Storage & Organization
Arrange stock systematically using FIFO principles.
Label and store items in designated bins, racks, or pallets to maximize space and accessibility.
Inventory Control
Perform daily/weekly cycle counts and assist in monthly stocktakes.
Update inventory records in the system for all inbound/outbound movements.
Monitor stock levels and alert the supervisor on low stock or overstock situations.
Assist purchasing department on stock purchase and replenishment.
Issuing & Dispatching
Prepare items for internal departments or external customers based on requisition/order forms.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch and documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records: GRN (Goods Received Note), stock cards, and transfer forms.
Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards promptly.
Safety & Housekeeping
Keep the store/warehouse clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
Follow safety guidelines
Ensure fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and shelves are in good condition.
Team Support
Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks.
Work closely with purchasing and production teams to resolve stock issues.
