We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and support IT solutions, including automation and AI-driven applications. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about programming, system integration, and emerging technologies.

• Design and implement scalable IT solutions and workflows

• Develop automation scripts using Python and integrate systems via APIs

• Work with JSON and APIs for data exchange and system integration

• Support and enhance contact center platforms (e.g. Genesys Cloud)

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on solution delivery

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Explore and apply AI tools (e.g. chatbot, NLP, automation)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT or related field

• 0–3 years of experience in software development or IT-related role

• Knowledge in Python programming

• Basic understanding of API integration and JSON

• Interest or exposure in AI / automation tools is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and teamwork ability

• Experience with Genesys Cloud or contact center systems

• Exposure to AI tools, chatbot, or machine learning frameworks

• Certifications in IT / programming / AI (optional but advantageous)

• Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
