Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves effectively resolving issues, managing customer relationships, contributing to a positive customer experience, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Experience in Customer Support and effectively handling customer inquiries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and manage customer concerns efficiently
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Previous customer service experience in the financial trading or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
