Work Schedule: 5 days work week, 8.00am to 5.30pm
Location: Pasir Ris Industrial Drive 1, Singapore 519527

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate project schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery
Oversee end-to-end on-site execution, from design through installation, testing, and commissioning
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project milestones
Ensure accurate documentation and smooth project workflow across all phases
Support engineering design, including preparation of drawings, BOMs, and specifications
Execute gas line installations, system expansions, and works in cleanroom environments
Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
Enforce safety regulations (WSHA, ESH) and maintain on-site safety management systems
Perform testing & commissioning of gas and chemical systems, including performance documentation
Monitor progress, lead daily site activities, and report updates to stakeholders
Prepare reports, procedures, and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned



Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field)
2–5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in gas/chemical systems or cleanroom environments
Experience in project coordination, site execution, and commissioning works
Familiarity with engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications
Knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., WSHA, ESH standards)
Good communication skills; ability to speak mandarin in order to manage Taiwanese stakeholders
