Your Key Responsibilities:

For Basic Housing Units - BHU Project

• Assist Registered Engineers and Architects with on-site surveys, measurements, and documentation.

• Utilize software such as AutoCAD to draft and amend architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections).

• Assist in the preparation and organization of statutory submissions to the Buildings Department and other government bodies.

• Study and understand the Basic Housing Units (BHU) Ordinance and related building regulations to ensure compliance in all designs and documents.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a Diploma or Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies, Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Experience in producing full sets of construction drawings is highly preferred.

• Has a strong interest or prior experience in operating laser cutters or other digital fabrication equipment.

• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Rhino is a significant advantage.

• Possesses 1-2 years of relevant experience; outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.

• Is highly detail-oriented and organized; these traits are essential for the role. Must be able to work independently and possess strong communication skills.

• Is a fast learner, flexible, and adaptable to working in two distinct environments: professional engineering and creative education.
