Lead and manage the daily operations of the Physiotherapy Department.

Provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and support staff.

Ensure compliance with clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Monitor departmental performance and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and departmental reports.

Manage departmental schedules, staffing, equipment, and resources.

Conduct staff training, competency assessments, and professional development activities.

Handle patient concerns and ensure high standards of customer service.

Participate in budgeting, strategic planning, and service development for the department.

Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy; Master's Degree is an advantage.

Valid registration and practicing certificate as required by local regulations.

Minimum 5 years of clinical physiotherapy experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of rehabilitation practices, patient care, and clinical management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Proficient in documentation, reporting, and healthcare information systems.
