Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze system requirement from various user department and translate into business or technical specification. 

• Prepare and organize project management documentations.

• Provide application support services to end-users / clients through various communication channels (e-mail, phone calls).

• Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis on reported incidents.

• Extract and build customized reports for board members.

• Responsible for preparing application training materials and conducting end-user applications training.

• Responsible for system testing, coordinating, planning and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Relevant experience in business requirement gathering, functional specification review and user acceptance test execution

• Solid domain knowledge and business analysis experience in Accounting CPA industry will be an advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

• To communicate with other department operation teams, business users and vendors during the development, enhancements and support activities.

• Willing to learn new knowledge/skill/application, work with other team members and take up new assignments Company Introduction
