Job Overview:

This role focuses on bridging the gap between IT operations, software vendors, and end-users. You will provide L2/L3 application support, manage critical system migrations to the cloud, and oversee enterprise solutions including HRIS, eCasual, MBT Procurement, and Flex Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Application Management & Support: Resolve complex application incidents, investigate root causes, and coordinate problem-solving directly with external vendors.

• Cloud & System Transition: Support IT infrastructure and systems transitioning to the cloud. Assist with cutover execution, system upgrades, and post-migration stabilization.

• Technical Governance: Review, evaluate, and provide feedback on vendor proposals and proposed technical solutions.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of system dependencies, operational procedures, known issues, and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business field.

• 3+ years of experience in application support, IT service delivery, or system migration.

• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of HRIS, eCasual, or related financial/procurement management software.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and clear technical documentation capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management to liaise between non-technical end-users and highly technical IT/vendor teams.

• Strong adaptability and proactive mindset in fast-paced operational environments.
