岗位职责
Production Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and maintain a realistic and achievable production schedule based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
Create detailed weekly and monthly production plans for various manufacturing processes
Release manufacturing orders and monitor their progress from raw material to finished goods
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage raw material inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
Collaborate with the procurement team to generate purchase requisitions for raw materials and coordinate delivery schedules.
Optimize inventory turns and minimize carrying costs while preventing stock-outs.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze production data, capacity utilization, and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and potential delays for management.
Maintain accurate data and drive planning decisions.
Coordination & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between sales, customer service, and the production floor regarding order status, lead times, and potential delays.
Liaise with the Quality Assurance department to ensure production plans accommodate necessary quality control checks and testing procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall production efficiency.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant field
Understanding of Manufacturing Processes
Core Production Planning & Scheduling Skills
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as:
Industrial Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
