1.     More than 2 years of experience working in an EMS industry, with strong technical knowledge and experience in production inspection equipment.

2.     At least one of the following work experiences:

·        Experience with decanaling machines, automation equipment, or robotic arms, and basic management experience with the corresponding equipment.

·        Experience in repairing and finetuning of Vitrox AOI or other brand AOI machines, responsible for AOI equipment debugging, validating and setting the optimal detection parameters for tested parts, ensuring high throughput and low defect rates, and effectively managing AOI detection parameters to ensure successful detection rates.

3.     Proficiency in the electrical functions of equipment and hands-on repair capabilities.

1. Additional involved in project of throughput and efficiency improvement experience is a plus.

Job responsibilities：

1.         Oversee and perform equipment maintenance, ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, and verify the effectiveness of maintenance actions.

2.         Implement preventive maintenance strategies, including planned and condition-based maintenance, as well as fault diagnostics, to ensure optimal equipment performance.

3.         Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures during production, generate failure reports, recommend corrective actions, and drive the implementation of preventive measures.

4.         Manage technicians according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes, enforce strict equipment control, optimize production workflows, and balance production lines to enhance product quality and efficiency.

5.         Conduct training and performance assessments for technicians.

6.         Research and implement new equipment and technologies, gather technical data, and support the introduction of automation systems.

7.         Contribute to the development and implementation of internal SOPs, maintenance procedures (PM), and other related documentation
