岗位职责
1. Support Audiology Team in administrative, operational and clinical duties:Check hearing aid inventory stock, tally invoice amount and record updateEnsure timely stock delivery, follow up with vendor and Audiologists when neededRaise payment request for Audiology department purchasesIdentify invoice discrepancy and follow up with relevant parties for adjustments (e.g. PSA, Business Office, vendor, patient)Work with IT department for Audiology software installations and raise IT ticket when neededMaintain department asset list, equipment preventive maintenance recordAssist in claim submissions and audit checking
2. Attend to patientsHandle Audiology queries and call for rescheduling when neededTriage patients who are referred for Audiology servicesUpload vendor reports onto hospital system (EPIC)
3. Conduct basic audiological assessment (on the job training provided)Perform daily Audiology equipment check before daily clinic operationPerform Pure Tone Audiometry and TympanometryUpload results onto hospital system (EPIC)
