Responsibilities

• To review sales enquiries and prepare quotation.
• Proactively calling to follow up with customer to close sales.
• To handle closed sales orders and ensure order is delivered to customer on time.
• To perform Procurement and Logistics arrangement for closed sales orders and follow up closely with supplier to ensure delivery is on time.
• To support Project / Engineering Team for Procurement activities.
• To work with the sales team and manage sales targets and enhance revenue growth

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• Fresh / Experienced in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Time Management, MYOB
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
• Sales and customer driven with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, results oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong desire to excel in sales
