This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, is organized and tech-savvy, and has an eye for clean, modern, engaging edits.
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Videographer/Editor to support our growing video production needs. This is a hybrid role for someone who can work behind the camera and behind the editing timeline.
You’ll assist with pre-production prep, operate equipment on set, manage files after shooting, and create compelling video edits—from raw production footage and existing marketing assets (such as stock footage, client-provided clips, graphics, and brand kits).

Responsibilities
Pre-Production & Gear Management
- Help prepare camera, lighting, and audio gear before each shoot.
- Charge, label, and organize equipment to ensure efficient production days.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate gear checklists.
On-Set Production
- Assist with setup and breakdown of video shoots (camera, audio, lights, monitors, etc.).
- Operate camera or assist as a second shooter when needed.
- Set up tripod or gimbal shots, adjust lighting, monitor audio, and pull focus as required.
- Support live shoots, interviews, social content shoots, and corporate/commercial video productions.
Media Management
- Offload footage to hard drives and cloud storage immediately after shoots.
- Organize files according to predefined folder structures and naming conventions.
- Perform initial review of footage and flag standout takes or issues.
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit video projects in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) from:
- Original production footage
- Client-provided assets (footage, screen recordings, product shots)
- Stock footage, music, and licensed content
- Create marketing videos, brand promos, tutorials, interviews, and short-form social content.
- Sync multi-cam footage, align audio, trim selects, and shape visual stories.
- Apply motion graphics templates or assist in custom animation (if applicable).
- Perform basic color correction, sound cleanup, and audio mixing.
- Export videos in multiple formats with appropriate aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.).
- Graphic design or motion graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience editing for vertical/social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Familiarity with LUTs, color grading workflows, or audio post-production.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (Google Drive, Trello, etc.).
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in video production and editing.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut is a plus.
- Comfortable using and managing professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, Blackmagic, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of lighting setups and audio recording techniques.
- Excellent file organization and media management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, follow timelines, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and shot selection.
- Able to lift and carry gear and work on your feet during shoot days.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from shoot locations (if required).
