The opportunity

You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with some of the largest clients in their finance functions covering the following:

• Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

• Accounting Receivables

• Accounting Payable

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for invoicing and billings, debit and credit notes, maintaining accurate records of post receivables entries, cash applications and remittances.

• Execute accurate accounting tasks for AP transactions and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, including invoice processing, three-way matching, and vendor payments, ensuring compliance with established KPIs.

• Daily use of SAP and other finance systems used to process invoices and expenses.

• Provide high level of customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders.

• First point of contact for any invoicing/ billing related queries.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Knowledge of SAP finance module.
• Proficiency in the Indonesian language, as the role will support clients based in Indonesia

What we look for

• Minimum qualifications bachelor’s degree in finance accounting, qualified accountant or equivalent (e.g. ACCA, CIMA)

• Experience working in a finance shared service.
