We are seeking a motivated and experienced financeprofessional to join our Finance team as Manager, Financial Reporting. This role offers broad exposure to the full spectrum of financial reporting, consolidation,and budget management within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial data
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, cashflow statements, and statistical reports
- Coordinate the end-to-end annual budget cycle, including template preparation, departmental consolidation and management presentations
- Support the annual external audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and coordination with external auditors
- Provide financial analysis and advisory support for service agreements, cost-benefit assessments, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls, SOPs, and workflows in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or management accounting
- Membership of a recognised professional accounting body such as ISCA or ACCA is preferred
- Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing processes, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with solid working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
- Experience in budget planning and coordination across multiple business units
- Knowledge of SAP and experience in the healthcare sector are advantageous
- Meticulous, analytical, and able to present financial findings clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Effective communicator who manages priorities well and works collaboratively across functions
