We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to support talent development and scholarship-related initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, event support, and operational administration.
Support the planning and execution of programmes, events, and engagement initiatives
Coordinate marketing and communication efforts for outreach activities
Track programme outcomes, reports, and budget utilisation
Provide administrative and operational support for talent development initiatives
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery
Support application processing and onboarding activities for programme participants
Coordinate schedules, logistics, documentation, and reporting requirements
Assist with community engagement and career development initiatives
Manage multiple workstreams and timelines effectively
Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Human Resource, Events Management, or related disciplines
1–2 years of relevant working experience in programme coordination, events, administration, communications, or stakeholder management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to meaningful talent development initiatives
