Job Description

To provide comprehensive financial and administrative support to the NUS Centre for Additive Manufacturing (AM.NUS), ensuring effective research fund management, policy compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations that support the Centre's multidisciplinary research, staffing, and strategic objectives.

• Ensure effective day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
• Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and grant/project financial management in compliance with institutional policies.
• Manage procurement, vendor payments, and serve as Delegation of Authority for claims, invoices, and expenditures.
• Coordinate HR administrative functions, including staffing plans, contracts, recruitment support, and leave tracking.
• Act as primary liaison and key contact for finance, HR, procurement, and other administrative units.
• Provide financial and administrative advisory support, including budget estimates, cash flow projections, and variance reporting to funders.
• Undertake additional administrative and secretariat duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accountancy, Business, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of finance/procurement experience.
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Strong team leader who is highly motivated and able to collaborate within and across teams.
• Able to problem-solve and work within tight deadlines.
