We are looking for a Finance Executive to support and manage our day-to-day finance

operations for AdvanzIT Singapore and adjacent regional business activities.

Role Summary

The Finance Executive will be responsible for handling daily finance activities including

accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, invoice management, expense tracking,

payment follow-up, GST support, and financial reporting coordination.

This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and

comfortable working in a growing company environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate recording.

• Coordinate vendor payments and payment schedules.

• Track supplier outstanding payments.

• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery/service completion details.

• Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor finance records.

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare and issue customer invoices.

• Track customer payments and outstanding receivables.

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments.

• Maintain accurate AR aging reports.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on billing milestones.

Bookkeeping & General Ledger

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping entries.

• Record financial transactions accurately in accounting software.

• Support general ledger updates and reconciliations.

• Ensure proper documentation of all finance transactions.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Invoice & Expense Management

• Manage customer and vendor invoices.

• Review employee claims and company expenses.

• Track business expenses, receipts, and supporting documents.

• Ensure expenses are properly approved and recorded.

• Maintain organized finance files and records.

Bank, GST & Compliance Support

• Assist with bank reconciliation.

• Support GST filing preparation and documentation.

• Coordinate with external accountant, auditor, tax consultant, or corporate secretary

when required.

• Ensure finance records are maintained properly for compliance and audit purposes.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare basic finance reports such as AR aging, AP aging, cash flow summary,

expense reports, and payment status.

• Support management with finance data and analysis.

• Coordinate with internal teams for project billing, vendor payments, and customer

collections.

• Help improve finance processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.

• Knowledge of AP, AR, invoice processing, bookkeeping, and basic accounting

principles.

• Familiarity with GST and Singapore accounting practices will be an advantage.

• Experience using accounting software such as Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks, or

similar tools.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and well-organized.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT, services, projects, or system integrator business will be an

advantage.

• Knowledge of multi-country billing, vendor payments, or regional business support is

a plus.

• Ability to manage both finance operations and administrative coordination when

required.
