Job Summary

Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities across project sites, liaise with stakeholders, prepare documentation, support project management, and ensure safety and compliance throughout project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily maintenance activities at multiple project sites to ensure timely and quality completion
• Communicate effectively with clients, facility management teams, subcontractors, and residents to facilitate smooth project operations
• Prepare detailed work schedules, progress reports, site records, and project documentation to support project tracking and compliance
• Attend site inspections and follow up on work progress to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Assist the Project Manager with project coordination and administrative tasks to support overall project delivery
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all works comply with project requirements and safety standards
