- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission and long-term objectives, including workforce planning, talent forecasting, and succession planning to ensure organisational sustainability and capability growth.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain high-calibre talent, while driving performance management, career development, and employee retention programmes.
- Design and implement learning and development frameworks to strengthen employee competencies, support professional growth, and enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with public service policies and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace culture initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with public sector guidelines and budgetary considerations.
Requirements:
- Min 12 years of HR experience, Experience within Singapore's Public Service or government-linked companies strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, organisational transformation, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
