️ F&B SERVICE CREW – VIVOCITY ️

Location: VivoCity
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 6-Day Work Week (44 hours/week)
Rotating Shifts: Between 9:00am – 11:00pm
Break Time: 45 minutes daily

Join our team and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests!

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service
Set up tables and prepare the restaurant before service
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
Adhere to hygiene, safety, and company SOPs at all times
Support daily restaurant operations and assist team members as required

Requirements

️ Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
️ Friendly, customer-focused, and positive attitude
️ Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
️ Team player with good communication skills
️ Willing to learn and take on new challenges
️ Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
