Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with clients representative on all project issues.
2. Liaise with Partners /Architects on Client’s design brief, existing site conditions and authorities’ regulatory guidelines prior to design stage.
3. Prepare preliminary and conceptual designs according to parameters determined in (1) above. Prepare presentation drawings.
4. Revise and develop designs to client’s approval and authorities’ requirements.
5. Develop design details for tender and construction.

Requirement:

• Singaporean or PR
• Minimum B. Arch. Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year and above experience in local architectural firm
• Familiar with local authorities’ regulations and working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
• Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
• Knowledge of BIM (REVIT). Experience in BIM modelling would be an advantage
• Must be literate in English and have good computer literacy
• A positive team player who is able to work well under pressure.
• Meticulous, self-motivated and independent.
