IT Support (P/Time Assignment Jul26 to Mar27)
This role reports to the Head of IT.
Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user computing devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and service requests via ticketing system, email, or phone, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment and systems, including sound systems, projectors, screens, and microphones.
- To develop and maintain comprehensive documentations on installation, deployment, and inventory checklists.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- To work with other teams to coordinate projects, manage capacity and optimize IT equipment performance, reliability and efficiency.
- Manage hardware inventory and software licensing allocations including asset check-in, asset check-out, asset disposal, asset tagging, asset naming and asset registration in Asset Management System.
- Perform annual asset verification exercise.
- Provide e-exams logistic support including packing e-exams items, checking usability of e-exams items, testing e-exams backup wi-fi and testing walkie-talkie.
- Provide support at the Bar Exams as e-proctor.
- Assist in any other End User Computing related projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
· 2 - 3 years of IT-related working experience in supporting Windows 10 & 11 OS, Macintosh OS, IOS, Android, Microsoft 365services, and other common desktop applications.
· Prior working experience in technical support role (end user device support)
· Good interpersonal skills to handle internal and external users and/or situations
· Keen to learn and a good team worker.
Working Hours
Contract Assignment July 2026 to March 2027
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
9 am – 6pm
Able to start work on or after 1 July 2026
