General Operative Duties In This Instance Could Be Included
- Prepare the tooling for winder to run the production according to schedule given.
- To collect and get ready the resin and material during the winding process for pipe and fitting production.
- To ensure the tooling to be heat/transfer in the oven before production.
- To ensure all tooling standby must be clean and maintain in good operating condition. Any damage or hiccup must be report immediately to foreman or supervisor for further action.
- To transfer the pipe and fitting into post cure oven after wind.
- Perform quality control, follow reporting and record keeping procedure and report problems if any to foreman or supervisor.
- To comply with all safety, housekeeping and health procedure at work or premise.
- Any other duties assign by superior from time to time.
- Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
- Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to carry physical works.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot,
