Role Description
As a Bilingual Executive Assistant & Global Growth Associate, you will work closely with the organizational development manager at Global Business Department as a dedicated assistant. You will play a key role in multitasking across market research, sales outreach, and executive administration.
This is not just a routine admin job. You will collaborate with a diverse, multinational team and tackle dynamic tasks across a wide range of industries. It’s the ultimate launchpad for your global career!

Qualifications
・Minimum 3 years of research or B2B sales or admin assistant experience (professional settings only)
・Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
・Must be fluent in English (Business level)
・Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks
・Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
・Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
・Proficient in Google Suite
・Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
・Must have a computer, reliable internet connection, and a suitable environment for web conferences
