Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities
- Handle student collections, corporate billing, invoicing, receipts, and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare credit notes and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
SkillsFuture & Funding Claims
- Coordinate and submit applications through the Training Partners Gateway (TPG)
- Process SkillsFuture funding claims and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Maintain accurate trainee records, attendance data, and claim-related documentation
- Monitor claim statuses and assist with audits, compliance checks, and supporting documentation
Reporting & Collaboration
- Assist with management reporting and cash flow tracking
- Ensure data accuracy by reconciling information across LMS, CRM, and accounting platforms
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on finance, billing, and invoicing matters
Process Improvement
- Review and enhance finance procedures and standard operating processes (SOPs)
- Support initiatives focused on workflow optimisation and automation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience handling TPG submissions and SkillsFuture claims is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of invoicing, billing, and account reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Experience within the education, training, or SkillsFuture-funded industry is advantageous
