Role Description The Administration role is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The administrator will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and organizing files. This role will support internal teams with documentation, data entry, and preparation of reports, as well as assist in coordinating office supplies, vendor arrangements, and basic financial or invoice tracking. The administrator will also respond to internal and external inquiries, ensure accurate and timely information flow, and help maintain a professional and orderly workplace. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to company policies and service standards are key aspects of this role.
