About The Team

The Budgeting and Planning team is a strategic unit looking into analyzing merchant performance in the ShopeeFood business and providing recommendations to tap into opportunities that may arise from the studies. As a member of the team, you are required to have a strong affinity for data, and project management and the ability to work independently to generate meaningful insights and actionable strategies in ShopeeFood.

Job Description

• The Driver Ops Excellence Specialist is responsible for optimizing driver resource allocation to align with business goals. This role involves strategic cost optimization through scheme modeling, budget planning, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong supply planning skills, coupled with the ability to support and lead various analytics projects aimed at enhancing supply and demand efficiency.
• Being the key contact point between OpEx and driver operations team
• Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis, and voice of driver analysis and bring back to external stakeholders for further product or campaign enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Driver operations team to align driver resources with budget and supply planning.
• Support and lead analytics projects focused on increasing supply and optimizing budget
• Proactively address, identify, and tackle potential key issues and blockers in achieving operational excellence within the driver team.
• Manage and oversee projects related to operational process improvements from initiation to completion.
• Address any driver shortages or overages by adjusting campaign plans or sourcing additional resources
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong skills in analytics, cost optimization, budget planning, and financial analysis.
• Experience in supporting and leading analytics projects, particularly in supply and demand optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
