Build and manage key partnerships to deepen engagement and drive revenue, content, and brand results.
Identify new leads in priority markets/sectors, initiate engagement, and negotiate partnerships and deals contributing to defined metrics.
Serve as the main contact / person-in-charge for partners, representing multiple internal business unit objectives during negotiations.
Implement new partnerships and optimize performance to achieve and grow target results.
To discuss potential co-branded products and campaigns with partners and internal teams.
Track and analyse partner performance against goals, highlight growth opportunities, and facilitate solutions to optimize partnership-driven campaigns.
Manage campaign-specific and overall budgets, coordinating with other marketing channels.
Handle external partners contracts with internal legal teams.
Events
Plan, conceptualise, and execute events and promotional campaigns in collaboration with partners end to end.
Ensure seamless event execution, from concept development to on-ground delivery, aligning with partner and internal objectives.
Represent Shopee at relevant industry events, conferences, and media engagements to strengthen relationships with existing and potential partners.
Monitor event performance, gather insights, and recommend improvements for future events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing / Partnerships / Event management
Prior experience in startup, VC (Venture Capitalist) and/ or company building context as well as partnership/ business development/ client servicing/ project management is a plus
Open and out-going personality, eager to meet new people and companies
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Project management is your game; you strive in managing campaigns and keeping projects in line with the outlined budget and timeline.
Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across teams and achieve measurable results.
Strong analytical abilities and are able to convert performance data to stories and identify highs and lows
