Job Details

Position: Service Crew
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,300
Working Days: 6 working days, 1 rest day
Working Hours: Shift basis (Morning & Evening)
Location: 7-1, Jalan Quek Kai Dong, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Service Crew to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations in the outlet.

In this role, you will be responsible for serving customers, handling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting basic operations. You will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for customers.

This position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and provide friendly and attentive service
2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
3. Recommend menu items and promote add-ons to increase sales
4. Serve food and beverages promptly to customers
5. Handle payments and operate POS system
6. Ensure cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
7. Assist in basic food preparation when required
8. Respond to customer inquiries and handle minor complaints professionally
9. Follow hygiene, safety, and SOP standards at all times
10. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent
2. Good communication and customer service skills
3. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
4. Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
