Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive (6-month contract) to manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and financial reconciliation. The role involves handling multiple entities and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable (AR):
· Issue invoices and official receipts accurately and timely
· Extract, matching front office system with multiple payment platforms and with bank statement before back-end entries
· Ensure proper recording of collections in the accounting system
· Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes
Accounts Payable (AP):
· Perform AP data entry and ensure proper documentation
· Process claims entries and filing
· Verify expenses and supporting documents before posting
· Match invoices with payments and resolve discrepancies
Bank & Financial Reconciliation:
· Perform monthly bank reconciliation
· Ensure accuracy between system records and bank statements
· Assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
Ad Hoc Duties:
· Provide support to the finance team on various ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior staff
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience
· Experience handling AR, AP, and bank reconciliation
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Able to work independently and meet deadlines
· Good organizational and documentation skills
· Immediate available is an added advantage

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
