Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s technical products and solutions to customers within the Johor region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure consistent sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned area.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical support to customers as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report customer feedback for business improvement.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and updates for management review.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical or industrial sales.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate product value effectively.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Required to visit HQ for coordination meetings once a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
