岗位职责

WHAT WE OFFER:

PRIMARY SCOPE (Training Provided):

  • Deliver optimum service quality to patients via phone, online platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Act as the frontline representative — responsible for patient registration, dispensing and administrative matters.
  • Manage patient flow efficiently and assist patients throughout their journey at the centre.
  • Attend enquiries across all active IKONIK platforms and convert them into confirmed appointments.
  • Work based on KPI targets set by management. All performance will be measured and evaluated.

  • Able to work independently and build collaborative relationships within a team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education : SPM and above.
  • Minimum 2–3 years working experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
  • Must be committed to a 6-day workweek (including full-day Saturday) during probation (Transition to a 5-day workweek upon confirmation)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
