Source, negotiate, and oversee supplier pricing, lead times, contractual terms, and technical specifications.
Assess and qualify suppliers through audits, evaluations, and site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
Track and evaluate supplier performance to maintain delivery reliability and product/service quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, select, and engage suitable vendors or contractors for facility, machinery, and equipment maintenance services.
Analyze quotations and submit recommendations for management approval.
Liaise with external service providers to arrange and monitor maintenance, repair, and servicing activities for office facilities, machinery, and equipment.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with both local and international suppliers.
Undertake additional responsibilities and ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.
Job Requirements
At least 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work on a 5-day work week schedule.
Work location: Ulu Tiram.
