Company: Alluora Skincare (Singapore brand)

Location: Southkey Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Working hours: 2pm – 11pm (5.5 days)

Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,500

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product presentations to business owners and decision makers, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements

Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates for Shopee Live and TikTok Shop

including product knowledge, merchandising and selling techniques

Plan and execute seasonal promotions in alignment with key campaigns

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and key performance indicators

Prepare weekly sales reports and market updates

Requirements

Minimum 1 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.

Demonstrated ability in client engagement and negotiation

Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop ecosystems is an advantage

Possess strong work ethic, integrity and self-motivation

Fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude and relevant internship experience will be considered
