The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role ensures that all machined components meet quality standards, production schedules, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or cutting machines to manufacture metal components.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Load raw materials (metal bars, sheets, etc.) and adjust machine settings to achieve required dimensions and tolerances.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Record production data, including quantities, dimensions, and deviations from specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or production delays to the supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the production process.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
