岗位职责
Handle customer inquiries, manage order processing, track and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
1. Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal departments.
2. Process customer orders, and returns accurately in SyteLine systems.
3. Monitor production schedules and update customers on order status, delays, or changes.
4. Handle customer complaints, and coordinate resolutions.
5. Maintain customer records, contracts, and documentation in the system.
6. Collaborate with the planning, shipping, and quality teams to meet customer expectations. 7. Support the sales team with customer follow-ups, sample requests, and product inquiries. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
9. Arrange shipment schedule for customer orders in their systems.
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
