Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate security personnel. Conduct daily briefings and manage shift coverage.
Operations & Patrols: Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms) and conduct routine patrols to identify vulnerabilities and deter unauthorized activities.
Emergency Response: Act as the lead coordinator during crises, medical emergencies, or evacuations. Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services.
Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce site-specific security policies. Ensure all guards adhere to local laws and industry regulations.
Reporting & Audits: Prepare incident reports, maintain daily logs, and conduct risk assessments to present to management.
