Hiring For Low-Code Engineer (Salesforce Developer)

Location: Singapore

Eligibility: Singaporeans Only.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Up to SGD 7,500/month (All-inclusive package)

(inclusive of annual leave, medical leave, insurance, CPF, transport & phone allowance)

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

Core Experience

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development and administration experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Apex
• SOQL / SOSL
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows & Automation Tools

Salesforce Platform Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Data Modelling
• Salesforce Security Model
• Roles
• Profiles
• Permission Sets
• Public Groups
• Validation Rules & Automation Capabilities

Integration & Technical Skills

Experience with:

• REST / SOAP APIs
• Salesforce Integration Patterns
• External System Integrations
• Git / GitLab
• CI/CD Pipelines & DevOps Practices

Agile & Collaboration

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience using JIRA & Confluence
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

Preferred / Good to Have Skills

• Omnistudio or Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
• MuleSoft or middleware integration experience
• Exposure to enterprise case management platforms
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects
• AI capabilities within Salesforce (e.g. Agentforce)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Certifications Preferred

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Good to Have)
